I suffer from ulcerative colitis for the past 10 years and well greens are good to stop flare ups which I do have occassional when my body is stressed or run down. For those who dont know colitis as I call it, is the inflamation of the large intestine cause cronic diarrhea which also causes bleeding and mucus coming when passing stools. Its painful that all I can say so I try as much as I can to stay fit and healthy to avoid the stress and pain oh the pain. Seriously I have no clue how poeple who dont avoid being sick but I guess you have to sometime be hit with something like this to get your ish together. I heard some time ago that people need there sicknesses and they sometimes choose them to cope with life, hear me clear I said sometimes. Well I choose to be healthy and I gonna get my kale and spinach on, well kale and small green leaves and gonna put some banana for flavor because Im gagging just thinking about the taste. Hi good is not easy and it doesnt alway taste good but just like my moto for today JUST DO IT.

I use coconut oil all the time for myself and for my kids. I have three boys with exzema but looking at my boys you wouldnt think they had it at all. Its awesome. My grandmother use to make her own coconut oil and used it for cooking, for her hair, teeth, wounds,  everything. So I use it now for the same reasons lol.
